Our Story
Established in 2005, still run by its founders
Bulls Eye Logistics was established on 27 January 2005 by Mr. L. K. Perumal and Mr. M. Thangavelan. Between them they had already spent almost twenty years in the clearing and forwarding trade, and that experience shaped how the company works: know the process, get the paperwork right, and keep the client informed.
That approach has built the firm into one of the established service providers for import and export trade by sea and air in Chennai. We are authorised to transact business as a Custom House Agent all over India, subject to the conditions laid down in the licence.
We are not the largest agent in the city, and we do not try to be. What we offer is a team small enough that you speak to someone who knows your consignment, and experienced enough to see problems before they become demurrage.

L. K. Perumal and M. Thangavelan set up Bulls Eye Logistics in Chennai, bringing together close to twenty years of combined experience as clearing and forwarding agents.
Licensed
Custom House Agent authorisation
The company is authorised to transact business as a Custom House Agent throughout India, subject to the conditions laid down in the licence.
Today
A single point of contact
Clearance, freight, transport, documentation and warehousing are handled in-house, so importers and exporters deal with one team rather than four.
